In March 2026, Trainifique together with the project partners IESA INFOR ELEA solaris Förderzentrum für Jugend und Umwelt meet for an intensive and engaging online LTT (second Learning, Teaching and Training) activity, with over 20 participants from 4 countries.

During the session, we explored one of the key topics of the project: unconscious bias and how hidden prejudices can influence everyday attitudes and decisions.

Participants worked in interactive groups, reflecting on real-life situations and identifying practical ways to raise awareness and help people recognize and challenge discriminatory behaviors. Together, we discussed how we can help people learn how to act, communicate, and behave in ways that promote respect, equality, and inclusion in their communities.

This LTT activity was an important step in strengthening collaboration between partners and in developing educational approaches that contribute to reducing discrimination and promoting more inclusive environments.
