Trainifique was founded in 2012 with a specific purpose of raising younger generations through individual, continuous and gradual development, both personally and professionally, appropriate to reality but also flexible. Up to now, Trainifique has formed over 700 trainers, some of whom are active in the organization in over 10 cities of Romania, such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Arad, Brasov, Craiova and Bucharest. We run over 200 training sessions annually and we train more than 2,000 students each year for our partners/clients. The current Trainifique portfolio includes:

4. Specialized Training: Anti-Discrimination, Entrepreneurial Competence, Medical Representative
5. Communication – The subject of communication is still addressed in the primary classes, where we learned the scheme and basics of communication, the transmitter, the receiver, and the transmitted message. But the subject is much more complex. With time, terms such as communication barriers, effective communication, or types of communication have emerged. This training aims to refresh basic knowledge, deliver information about new terms, and implement them through different games and applications (adapted to the reality of nowadays)
6. Public speaking – Many studies show that public speaking is at the top of people’s fears all over the planet, especially among young people. Public speaking training aims to help those people who are experiencing difficulties in this direction, or those who do not meet but want to improve. Developing speech, body language, verbal, nonverbal, and paraverbal skills are just some of the things that are learned in this training.
7. Time management – We often become aware of the fact that we are wasting a lot of time and we do not know what to do about it. Time management training is a real help because it will cover topics such as organizing, prioritizing and programming what we want to do. It helps us realize what are the important things and how to manage our free time so that we for become as productive as possible.
8. Leadership – The purpose of leadership training is to help us identify our leadership skills and discover together what are the ideal characteristics and how we can acquire them. Maybe we were not all in the leadership position, but we still want to learn the things we need to be worth this role in a team. Leadership training is a perfect start to this.
9. Project Management – Certainly each of us has participated at least once in a project.
