After the management and training meetings, CRONOS is now entering the stage closest to the communities. We are organizing sessions with the target group, in the form of focus groups, to learn directly from people about their real needs and challenges regarding discrimination. Together with the participants, we test educational materials in practice, and measure their impact, so that in the end we can build a strong and tailored anti-discrimination strategy.

This is the moment when the project truly comes to life, as solutions no longer remain only on paper but are shaped by the experiences and voices of those we support.
