Trainifique<\/a><\/strong> was founded in 2012 with a specific purpose of raising younger generations through individual, continuous and gradual development, both personally and professionally, appropriate to reality but also flexible. Up to now, Trainifique has formed over 700 trainers, some of whom are active in the organization in over 10 cities of Romania, such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Arad, Brasov, Craiova and Bucharest. Trainifique<\/a><\/strong> was founded in 2012 with a specific purpose of raising younger generations through individual, continuous and gradual development, both personally and professionally, appropriate to reality but also flexible. Up to now, Trainifique has formed over 700 trainers, some of whom are active in the organization in over 10 cities of Romania, such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Arad, Brasov, Craiova and Bucharest. We run over 200 training sessions annually and we train more than 2,000 students each year for our partners\/clients. The current Trainifique portfolio includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Specialized Training: Anti-Discrimination, Entrepreneurial Competence, Medical Representative<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Communication – The subject of communication is still addressed in the primary classes, where we learned the scheme and basics of communication, the transmitter, the receiver, and the transmitted message. But the subject is much more complex. With time, terms such as communication barriers, effective communication, or types of communication have emerged. This training aims to refresh basic knowledge, deliver information about new terms, and implement them through different games and applications (adapted to the reality of nowadays) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Public speaking – Many studies show that public speaking is at the top of people’s fears all over the planet, especially among young people. Public speaking training aims to help those people who are experiencing difficulties in this direction, or those who do not meet but want to improve. Developing speech, body language, verbal, nonverbal, and paraverbal skills are just some of the things that are learned in this training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Time management – We often become aware of the fact that we are wasting a lot of time and we do not know what to do about it. Time management training is a real help because it will cover topics such as organizing, prioritizing and programming what we want to do. It helps us realize what are the important things and how to manage our free time so that we for become as productive as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Leadership – The purpose of leadership training is to help us identify our leadership skills and discover together what are the ideal characteristics and how we can acquire them. Maybe we were not all in the leadership position, but we still want to learn the things we need to be worth this role in a team. Leadership training is a perfect start to this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Project Management – Certainly each of us has participated at least once in a project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

INFOR ELEA<\/a> is a consortium of 250 companies, and it is a merger of two big training companies: INFOR established in
1994 and ELEA founded in 1979 by the OLIVETTI Group. It is made up of a group of both public and private institutional
and economic partners, including the Scuola di Management e Economia (School of Management and Economy) \u2013
University of Turin. INFOR ELEA headquarters is situated in San Secondo di Pinerolo, near Turin, with several offices
spread across Piedmont Regione and Italy: Torino, Rome, Florence, Asti, Alessandria, Cuneo and Pinerolo. INFOR ELEA is
officially recognized as a training center by the local authority Regione Piemonte and it is considered an Italian leader for
what concerns training activity as a support for technological, organizational, cultural and behavioral change management of companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to its link with the academic world, it can link on the one hand the rising trends in management theories and on the other hand the requirements and experience of entrepreneurs. Since 1994, INFOR ELEA has been meeting the training needs of entrepreneurs, employees and adults, supporting them to keep themselves competitive in business and the labor market and providing a large number and kind of activities. Training issues cover a wide spectrum of activities: administration, finance, auditing, human resources management, communication and leadership, marketing, sales, personal and individual skills, ICT, and the Internet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

INFOR ELEA designs realize and evaluate managerial training, lifelong learning training, academic masters, e-learning, apprenticeship training, transnational mobility projects for unemployed people, and study visits for transnational entrepreneurs\/employees\/unemployed people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, it carries and carries out activities and projects financed by the European Social Fund, Interreg II, Lifelog Learning Programme, Inter-professional funds, National and Local Authorities public financial resources. Together with academic partners, INFOR ELEA is also involved in developing scientific research, skill exchange and international training activities thanks to its previous experiences in the whole managing (from the designing of the proposal to the financial statement reporting) of transnational projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turkey in 2022. IESA prioritizes citizen participation in democratic processes at the local, national, and international levels, with a particular focus on empowering young people. Our mission is to enhance the employability and quality of life of individuals of all ages through non-formal education and training, such as project participation, conferences, and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


We aspire to broaden citizens’ horizons, especially youth and youth workers, by fostering responsibility and encouraging
active engagement and up-to-date information. We also strive to inspire the next generation of leaders to effect positive
societal changes across all domains. We aim to support individuals from disadvantaged and marginalized backgrounds and to promote gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


IESA operates in a dynamic and diverse urban environment, where the cosmopolitan structure of the city has led to a rich tapestry of cultures and communities. As a large city with a significant immigrant population from various countries, as well as local migrants displaced by natural disasters such as the massive earthquake that hit the region in 2023, our organization is acutely aware of the challenges and opportunities associated with promoting social cohesion and combating discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


IESA recognizes that the cosmopolitan nature of our city can sometimes exacerbate discrimination and social exclusion,
particularly among vulnerable groups such as immigrants and displaced individuals. Through our participation in local
campaigns, our cooperation with schools that host a significant percentage of immigrants, and our cooperation with local authorities, we are committed to addressing these challenges by promoting understanding, tolerance, and respect for diversity. Although the organization is young, the founders and some members of our organization have a proven track record of implementing innovative projects and initiatives that foster intercultural dialogue, promote social inclusion, and empower marginalized communities to overcome barriers to participation. Solaris FZU<\/a> was founded in 1993 as a non-profit part of the Solaris Group. The organization promotes and offers a wide
range of activities, starting from learning activities to social work. Solaris has professional orientation measures in the ADU field and runs activities regarding the environment. Moreover, solaris FZU is committed to numerous projects for the integration of socially excluded and disadvantaged people (e.g. with physical and mental health problems, people facing social issues, emigrants, long-term unemployed, low-educated and low-skilled adults and young people). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is also engaged in activities concerning European dialog and citizenship, intergenerational work, cultural projects, and projects using lifelong learning methods. The activities are supported and operated by our institutions, as a part of the adult and youth sector such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Student Research Centre – technical and environmental learning facilities for young people working
in the field of natural sciences such as chemistry, renewable energy, informatics and electronics, paper manufacturing,
bookbinding and printing; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Adult club: recreational activity and social integration; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Experimental Educational Centre: – an interactive center for adults and young people interested in astronomy, meteorology & High Rope garden; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Chemnitz Art Factory: providing a wide range of art disciplines for adult people; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.Multigenerational house: extracurricular adult\/young education and a wide range of complimentary or affordable leisure activities for all ages; 6. School clubs: located in various schools, their role is to provide support with the help of our social workers to the extracurricular activities running in schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Moreover, they support the integration of refugees. The company is responsible for the development, organization, and
implementation of various educational competitions for refugees. Such as contests for solar mobiles (solaris Cup), regional contests for young and adult researchers in scientific subjects, or paper bridge contests. Solaris is an important local and regional dialogue partner regarding themes like social inclusion, integration of emigrants, European citizenship, entrepreneurship, and European engagement. Solaris\u2019 goal is to offer quality and to achieve an increased outflow in the changing society.
